Transparency in Government
Maumee residents deserve to know what’s happening in their city government. I will work to:
• Publish plain-language summaries of key council decisions and budget allocations.
• Introduce a “Community Transparency Report” each quarter highlighting major actions, votes, and spending.
Restoring Trust and Accountability
For too long, residents have felt disconnected from those elected to represent them. I’m committed to:
• Listening first—holding regular town halls, open office hours, and neighborhood meetups.
• Fighting for open decision-making and opposing backroom deals or rushed ordinances.
• Holding myself and fellow council members to the highest ethical standards.
Community Involvement
Trust grows when residents are part of the process. I will:
• Promote public input before major city decisions are made—not after.
• Empower community groups and organizations with more support and input opportunities.
• Ensure city communications are clear, timely, and responsive—especially regarding zoning, development, and infrastructure projects.
